Major Description
When changing the encoding for an element, we expect it to interpret/output the bytes in that order. test_outputValueCalc_06 shows that this is not happening for unparsing.
The idea being that I should be able to switch between byteOrder's between elements using outputValueCalc.
Separate tests, binaryInteger_BigEndian and binaryInteger_LittleEndian show that it appears to work outside of the OVC case.
