[DAEMON-113] "exe" option shown as blank in the procrun mode dropdown list

Description

In the procrun manager, the Startup and Shutdown tabs both shows blank for the exe Mode. The other two modes "jvm" and "java" are shown correctly. Not sure whether this is intentional. If the exe mode should work, then it should be shown; otherwise just remove this option, instead of showing a blank option.
