Description

When running procsrv in java mode, the JavaHome value is not used at all even when it is set in the command line option or stored in the service entry in registry. Instead, it only tries to read the JAVA_HOME environment variable, and if in vain, fall back to read the path specified in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\JavaSoft
