Description

In the documentation at https://cxf.apache.org/docs/general-cxf-logging.html , it says that the Log4jLogger could be used for logging calls instead of java.util.logging. But the helper class Log4jLogger has been removed since cxf 3.4. It'd be a good idea to update the documentation accordingly.
