Major Description
In order to satisfy micro-deployment use-cases where certain features of CXF are not used, it would be great to reduce the number of JDK dependencies, particularly where the feature is not commonly used.
This issue will tackle the java.compiler dependency which is a peripheral feature of cxf-core which is not internally used.
