Major Description
To control the way generated sources are compiled, we want to allow JavaToWS users to provide a custom org.apache.cxf.common.util.Compiler instance into the ToolContext.
That would give users a chance to control how sources are actually compiled by leveraging the Java Compiler API (e.g. by creating a custom JavaFileManager instance, etc.)
This functionality was implemented in WSDLToJava (see CXF-4777). We would like
to expand this to include JavaToWS.
