Description

CXF has HTrace and Brave integrations. We probably need to have corresponding OpenTracing wrappers which can be injected as JAX-RS context, similarly to TracerContext

Samples:

• jax_rs/tracing_opentracing (Jaeger based)
• jax_rs/tracing_opentracing_camel (Camel + CXF + Jaeger)
• jax_rs/tracing_opentracing_osgi (Karaf + CXF + Jaeger)
