Description

This handler needs the additional context in the form of Client when authenticating a resource owner as part of the RO flow. It is a breaking change for 3.1.x but given that no user feedback has been provided so far on these custom handlers and that without a Client it can be hard to create a proper RO authentication support, we need to take the risk for 3.1.x too
