            Description

            I reopened CXF-6590 a while ago but it does not seem to get picked up.

            I also tested this bug using CXF-3.1.8 and it is still there so I am creating this issue hoping that it gets picked up. I apologize for duplicating the issue like this, but it affects quite a few systems in the organization I work for at the moment.

            The examples in CXF-6590 can be used to recreate as long as the soap response is modified as specified in my comment from 01.sep.2016.
