[CXF-700] MTOM sample doesn't seem right

Description

The sample does not annotate schema type to let JAXB know about the possible candidate field for MTOM optimization. If one add that annotate to schema type, then the sample doesn't compile at all. Please refer to MToM user guide here: http://cwiki.apache.org/CXF20DOC/mtom-attachments.html
