            Description

            CXF WebClient API org.apache.cxf.jaxrs.client.WebClient#create may be used to create thread-safe WebClient. However, this feature is not exposed to the JAX-RS client implementation org.apache.cxf.jaxrs.client.spec.ClientImpl. It would be beneficial to offer the thread safety functionality through ClientImpl.
