wsdl2java fails with IllegalArgumentException when wsdl:fault and soap:fault is included in one of the operaitons

cxf-codegen-plugin:3.0.1:wsdl2java failed: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: local part cannot be "null" when creating a QName
