Description

We embed CXF and we also embed Jetty which we pick up through CXF, for which I need a fix that was put in Jetty 9.1.1: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=424398

Can CXF update Jetty to at least 9.1.1? The current version is 9.1.13 or 9.1.14 depending on where you look.

I imagine this could be too big a change for 2.7.x but what about for 3.0?
