[CXF-5526] Unresolvable transitive dependencies from Karaf

Description

When building the osgi/itests and services/xkms/xkms-itests modules I'm getting maven dependency resolution failures.
Karaf artifacts pull in the following dependencies which are not available in Maven central and Apache repos afaics:

org.apache.xerces:xercesImpl:jar:2.11.0
org.eclipse:osgi:jar:3.8.0.v20120529-1548

Please note that the latter is available as org.eclipse:org.eclipse.osgi:jar:3.8.0.v20120529-1548 , which suggests an error in the Karaf poms.

I'm going to exclude the wrong dependencies as that does not seem to hurt afaics.
