This is a followup to the patch Bin Zhu attached to CXF-4677, see http://cxf.547215.n5.nabble.com/service-location-in-WSDL-generated-by-CXF-td5719173.html .
Basically, the autoRewriteSoapAddressForAllServices option added in CXF-4677 only works for absolute endpoint addresses.
