[CXF-4554] "http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/http/" should not be in the SoapTransportFactory active namespaces list

"http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/http/" is not a validate namespace for SOAP http binding, we need to remove it to avoid the stack over follow exception. Here is the mail thread[1] which discusses about it
