      Description

      There is an issue with the namespace declarations in Transform feature's OutTransformWriter.

      The problem occurs when the input message contains a namespace declaration that is re-declared with another prefix somewhere down in its child element.

        Closing this ticket as the originally reported issue of missing or duplicate namespace declarations has been resolved.

        I will create a new ticket specifically to provide this prefix preserving option for both inbound and outbound.
