DynamicClientFactory trying to resolve wsdl URL prior to calling into service factories

    Description

      The DynamicClientFactory is trying to resolve the wsdlLocation to a URL. This is unnecessary, but the bigger issue is that it then doesn't use the http-conf stuff to get https settings.
