CXF bundles of 2.4-SNAPSHOT should not import the package of org.w3._2001.xmlschema

      Description

      As CXF bundle ships the "org.w3._2001.xmlschema" to provide the Adapters for JAXB, we should not CXF bundle to import it.

        CXF should not be shipping anything in the org.w3 namespace at all. I fixed this for the WS-RM stuff last week. Thus, this patch should not be needed.
