Description

When EndpointPolicy implementation is updated with empty Policy (containing no concrete Policy assertions) the resulting policy contains extra empty Policy alternatives which have not been present in the original policy containing no optional alternatives.

This makes it difficult to select the correct alternative during the effective policy initialization.
