Description

org.apache.ctakes.core.util.IdentifiedAnnotationUtil is no longer in the 3.2.3-Snapshot version of ctakes-core. Is there a reason for this?

Therefore upgrading from 3.2.2 to 3.2.3 cause compilation errors.
