Description

Due to on going discussions regarding inclusion of models in the ASF source and bin dist,
Moving the models and bin resources to SF:
http://sourceforge.net/p/ctakesresources/code/10/tree/

This is just an interim step until we get clarity on LEGAL-157.
Which should allow us to include the models in the bin-dist.
Then, we could also get clarity as to include it in the src as well.
