Description
If an attachment is upload through the attachment standalone API, it's MIME type (given in Content-Type header) is configured as compressible in CouchDB and has parameters associated with it (e.g. "text/plain; charset=URF-8"), CouchDB doesn't compress the attachment.
The following straightforward patch fixes this.
