      Description

      Steps to reproduce:
      POST to a database's _replicate, specifying a filter that does not exist.

      Expected result:
      Some sort of error message that explains that the specified filter does not exist.

      Actual result:
      500 internal server error with a message

      {"error":"changes_loop_died"}

          A similar problem when the filter has syntax errors: it reports "changes_reader_died".
