Description

This is a super minor request. I think it would be "handy" if you could create new documents via POST without a body. You can currently send just "{}" as the body to create a new empty document. It'd be a bit faster (coding and "packet" wise if you could leave that out).

Again, nothing critical, but might save us all some typing.
