Description

It would be nice to have an option for changes feeds that would let me get the full documents along with the update seq. For example, in my application using a continuous feed, I request the updated document right after receiving the update line. It would be great to dispense with the extra request/response cycle (and returning the document would probably be relatively cheap inside CouchDB anyway).
