Description
It would be nice to allow specifying Erlang short or long name and cookie via the ini files and have CouchDB read those values and setup distributed Erlang appropriately. This is useful for anyone using Hovercraft as well as a potential couchctl script to interact with a running CouchDB node via the command-line.
An alternative to specifying these in the .ini files would be to allow doing it via startup scripts, but the ini files feels like a cleaner solution to me.
