group_level should be rejected when a single key is specified

    Description

      As noted in COUCHDB-357, couch correctly rejects a multikey fetch when group_level is specified (although the error message is misleading). group_level should be similarly rejected when a single-key fetch is used - currently is is accepted but returns incorrect results.
