Cannot start CouchDB after first time install

      • Windows 10 Version 10.0.15063 Build 15063

      CouchDB Version:

      • 2.0.0 binary installation

      Observation:
      Installation Wizard successful, but localhost:5984/_utils/ does not connect. When I look at Resource Monitor -> Network, there is no process that is listening to port 5984. When I look at services.msc, the "Apache CouchDb" service is paused and cannot be restarted. Trying to restart the service gives me the following error:

      Windows could not start the Apache CouchDB service on Local Computer. The service did not return an error. This could be an internal Windows error or an internal service error. If the problem persists, contact your system administrator.
