    Description

We've set up a 12 cluster CouchDB 2.0 environment running with Clouseau for full search indexing. Base OS is Ubuntu 16.04.

We've noticed that while indexing larger databases into a view the memory use by beam.smp grows until it overloads the swap partition and crashes CouchDB. The servers each have ~60GB ram free prior to starting the indexing. The database is 9220642 docs at 9.6 GB. It usually crashes about 16% of the way into the indexing.

Its the only Database that we host at the moment.

The couchdb.log doesn't throw any errors, it just closes. Clouseau just receives a disconnect from the server.
