Description

Several endpoints do not exist on the clustered/front end interface in CouchDB 2.0. The documentation needs to be updated to reflect this.

Off the top of my head:

• _temp_views
• _logs?
• _purge?
• _compact? needs to be run at the shard level

Other features that may need deprecation notices:

• _all_or_nothing support in _bulk_docs?
• _stats? are these cluster-wide?
