Description
The idea is to create a "notification" center that will log all notifications displayed in the dashboard. Users can sort through the type of notification using the filtering mechanism along the top and if desired, can copy the notification to a clipboard.
Also, a smaller change involves adding an unread message count on the left "Support" tab in order to alert users when they received a response to their open support tickets.
I've included a link to a prototype showing how it would work along with the final specs (download the file and open in a browser in order to click-through all the specs).
