[COUCHDB-2108] Group databases with / char

Description

Currently databases with / char in name showed as flat list. While it's ok, but the main trick of having this char in db name is to group the databases on filesystem. It would be awesome if Fauxton will also group them in UI, providing fold/unfold buttons.
