Description
CouchDB transparently handles an X-Forwarded-For header, using the actual client value for the request's "peer" property and logging (albeit modulo COUCHDB-1421). However this does not seem to be working with IPv6 connections.
When bound on 0.0.0.0 `curl -H "X-Forwarded-For: 123.45.6.7" localhost:5984` logs a peer address of 123.45.6.7. But when bound on :: the same request logs ::FFFF:127.0.0.1
