Description

Ref COUCHDB-1337 and subsequent 8d83b3 on 1.2.0/12.x branch. etag testing
was extended to validate the digest returned by CouchDB for attachments.
Compressed attachments do not produce a consistent digest across platforms, due
to differing compression algorithms between Mac/Linux and Windows.

The test suite should confirm that etags only change when the attachment is updated,
and are otherwise consistent.
