Description

1. Add a Build agent and enabled it
2. Add a project then build it
Result -> project build successfully
3. Disable the build agent [1] and save
4. Build the project [2]
Result -> project wasn't build
5. Enable the build agent [1] and save
6. Build the project [2]
Result -> project wasn't build
Expected -> project should build successfully
