Description

We're seeing problems with the auto page refresh for users who are far away from the server and/or on slow networks.

In addition I'm concerned about the number of requests hitting the server from our large user base.

The auto refresh should be configurable, at least at the server level as a default.

Meanwhile, what files can I edit to turn this off or extend the refresh time?
