[CONNECTORS-1357] Deleting a notification connector with the "Delete" button in the List of Notification Connections tries to delete a transformation connection instead

Description

When deleting a notification connection with the Delete button in the list of notification connections manfoldcf will delete a transformation connection with that name instead.

/manifoldcf/framework/crawler-ui/src/main/webapp/listnotifications.jsp sets the wrong connection type.
