Hi all,

I've got a FilterConfiguration that I ripped out that decoreates any other
Configuration. You supply a java.util.regex pattern, and then the keys are
filtered on this value.. It's somewhat similar to the subset Configuraiton, but
a bit more flexible. You can filter on any part of the key..

I have the unit test as well. Is there any reason not to commit this since we
have quite a few changes for the next Release Candidate?
