Description

It might be useful to list the last group changes that are older than 3 months.
This would help show just how static the group membership is.

This could be appended to the existing section as:

Most recent changes since groups were created:
Latest LDAP committee group addition: date (name) or None
Latest committer addition: date (name) or None
