Description

Provide a way to add parameters to XSLTTransformer in LinkedSAXPipelineComponentBuilder:
LinkedSAXPipelineComponentBuilder.addXSLTTransformer(URL source, Map<String, Object> attributes, Map<String, Object> parameters)
and
LinkedSAXPipelineComponentBuilder.addXSLTTransformerWithParameters(URL source, Map<String, Object> parameters)
