      Description

      The attached patch changes the access of AbstractContinuable.getContext from
      private to protected so subclasses can access the context.

        For some Cocoon apps, I subclassed AbstractContinuable to add support for
        application specific features that I use in flows throughout the application.
        Some of these needed access to AbstractContinuable.getContext().
