Description
Recent changes bound continuations to the sitemap they were created in. This was
an incompatible change. Sites which use continuations across sitemap will be
given almost no indication that their use of Flowscript is broken and where it
is broken. For complex sites the process of finding what and where continuations
are used incorrectly becomes time-consuming.
This patch adds a warning to the log, including the originating interpreter ID
and the interpreter ID for which the continuation was looked up, when a
continuation is looked up for the wrong sitemap.
