Description

As it has discussed missed implementation of setValue method is bug.
This method is very useful when editing of existing uploads is needed.
There was idea of creating isNew method. I think, it won't be helpful, because
it don't solve any problem with binding. IMHO, solution is removing ALL old
uploads from db and bind ALL from form (with no disctinction).
