Description

Environment:

• vCenter 6.0u3
• CloudStack 4.9.2.0 (Shapeblue)

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a working zone
• Try to remove the zone

Expected result:

• CloudStack leads you to remove all resources belongs to the zone completely.

Actual result:

• You can skip removing primary storage so you will face with an orphaned primary storage which you can not remove it at all.

Workaround:
1- From database, set "removed" field of "cloud.data_center" table to NULL
2- Remove the primary storage
3- Remove the zone
