Description
We're using very old dependencies with the project, in a discussion on how to improve quality and speed up build process Rajani suggested that newer maven-war plugin is faster than the 4.3 one we're using now. The task is to simply upgrade dependencies, we don't have to upgrade all of them to major version but to last/latest minor versions at the least.
