Description

Repro Steps:
1. Setup CS with 4.5
2. Bring a Japanese CentOS 6.5 GUI VM via Add Instance.
3. Access the VM via Console Proxy from the Japanese physical client machine connected to English UK Keyboard. Choose “En-US Keyboard” Layout in VNC Proxy.
4. Hit all the keys with En-UK localized keyboard in different EN-UK input methods on vi editor.
Expected Result:
All the keys should work fine.
Actual Result:
The Keypad Key and Keypad Numbers are often not working well. (60% Repro)
