Description

Repro Steps
Setup Basic environments.
Login Web Portal with Japanese/Simplified Chinese as default. Check all the strings of different dropdown lists.

Expected Result
All the strings should be translated to Japanese/Simplified Chinese.

Actual Result
A lot of un-translated strings display.
