Description

Deploy VM instance from VM snapshot via Storage - VM Snapshots path is missing from the UI.

Steps to Reproduce:
================
1. Deploy a VM and create VM snapshot
2. Navigate to VM snapshot via the following route.
3. Select "Storage" Tab
4. Select "VM snapshot" from drop down
5. Click on created VM snapshot

Observation:
==========
Icon for Deploy VM instance is not visible on UI

Expected:
========
Icon for Deploy VM instance should be visible on UI

Note:
====
But the icon for same option can be seen when VM snapshot is accessed via Instance path

The issue is dependent on CLOUDSTACK-8676.
