Description

BUG: cannot attach 3 or more Data-vol on VM with type HVM (like Windows VM)

work-around: stop VM, detach volumes, start VM and reattach volumes

VM's with OS Type 'Other PV (64-bit)' are not affected with this issue.

Windows VM's with OS Type 'Other (64-bit)' (implies HVM) are affected on CS 4.9.2
but were not affected on CS 4.5.1.
